Sukh's career spans over a decade across engineering, design and construction management. From site supervision on commercial projects in Canberra to site engineering on large-scale civil land development, he progressed through project engineering and civil estimating — building a rare end-to-end understanding of how buildings actually come together. His Masters in Construction Management gives him the technical rigour to manage complex builds with precision, while his deep knowledge of council regulations ensures every design has a solid legal foundation. At Legacy Homes Queensland, Sukh channels that discipline into something more personal — homes that are designed with intent, planned with intelligence and built without compromise.
Taran's understanding of quality starts from the ground up — quite literally. A carpenter by trade, he has spent years working on high-end architectural homes where the details matter and there is no room for average. As a site supervisor for one of Queensland's large residential builders, he developed a rigorous standard for what exceptional construction looks like: frames that are true, finishes that are perfect and timelines that are met. He has built and led businesses, developing the leadership and execution skills to run multiple projects without losing sight of what matters.
